Online Application: Fill out our quick and easy Google Form application. We want to learn a little about you to assist us in matching you with the best opportunities.
Assessment: Within the application, complete a brief 10 question skills assessment to showcase your customer service abilities and ensure you meet the basic requirements for our client programs. This helps us identify your strengths and areas where you can excel.
Interview: After reviewing your application, we will schedule a brief virtual interview to discuss your experience, goals, and answer any questions you may have about working with MQT Solutions.

Once selected, you'll undergo a structured onboarding process designed to prepare you for success:
Welcome Package & Orientation: You’ll receive a comprehensive welcome package containing onboarding forms and all the information you need to get started, including an overview of the Arise platform, work requirements, and our support resources. We’ll also conduct an orientation session to ensure you know the ins and out of working with Arise and the MQT Solutions team.
Technical Setup: We’ll guide you through the process of setting up your home office, including information on the necessary equipment and software. We provide guidelines to ensure your workspace is conducive to productivity and meets client specifications.
Client Selection: We’ll help you choose the right client opportunity that best aligns with your desired professional and personal outcomes.
Background Check: Arise will conduct a mandatory background check to ensure your compatibility with client requirements.
Training and Certification: Participate in client-specific training programs that cover the necessary skills and knowledge for your role. Training includes interactive modules, live sessions, and hands-on practice to ensure you are fully prepared.

Once certified by a client, you have the flexibility to choose your own working hours. The Arise scheduling system allows you to select shifts that fit your lifestyle:
Flexible Scheduling: Log into the scheduling portal to view available shifts and select the times (typically in 30-minute intervals) that work best for you. Whether you need part-time or full-time hours, weekday or weekend shifts, the system is designed to accommodate your availability.
Update Your Schedule: Adjust your schedule as needed to reflect changes in your availability. The flexibility of your schedule allows you to balance work with personal commitments, ensuring you maintain a healthy work-life balance.

Once you’ve completed the required client-provided training and certification process, and scheduled yourself for shifts, you can begin providing exceptional service to our clients and earn competitive compensation for your efforts:
